Vacation and Full-Time Property Rentals in Crestline and Lake Gregory
Full Time Rentals:
We update our list of full time rentals available on a weekly basis. If you are interested in seeing any of our properties, please call or come into our office for more information.
We can also answer any questions you may hav regarding our application process and can help you find a home that is right for you.
Each of our vacation homes are fully furnished and ready for guests. Some of the items that are not provided at the house are sheets, pillows, paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc.). We will provide you with a complete list with your reservation.
Making a Reservation
Please complete the contact information with your reservation request and we will contact you to make the booking.
Payment
All rentals are prepaid by credit card unless other arrangements have been made.
We have a 2 night minimum stay on weekends and a 3 night minimum for Holiday weekends.
There is a 3% non-refundable reservation fee or $20.00 whichever one is greater per stay and a $65.00 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay.
There is also a 7% bed tax that is applied to your nightly rental rate.
When your reservation is made, we will provide a contract with total fees, or you may call our office to inquire.
